The Assistant will work along side the Superintendent to plan and execute daily operations and evaluate current agronomic programs/procedures. The daily role of the Assistant includes disease and insect scouting, participating in daily maintenance, crew management, irrigation scheduling and repair and application of pesticides/nutrients. The goal of this position is to prepare the Assistant to be capable of advancing his/her career to a Superintendent position.
