Performing fluorescence and/or magnetic resonance spectroscopy on labeled kinases. Running drug discovery projects based on these spectroscopies to identify allosteric kinase inhibitors.

Training of other lab members in the preparation of labeled protein samples, spectroscopy and screening.

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in biochemistry/molecular biology with experience in recombinant protein expression in insect cells and/or mammalian cells

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with biomolecular spectroscopy e.g. fluorescence, magnetic resonance etc.
