The Ashbrook lab at Louisiana State University is recruiting a Master’s student that will focus on management of bed bugs and German cockroaches using fungal entomopathogens in the Fall of 2025. The successful candidate will investigate the use of different entomopathogens in indoor pest infestations. This involves conducting an initial pest population survey, followed by implementing a targeted management programs and determining if pest issues are addressed. The LSU Department of Entomology is located in Baton Rouge on the banks of the Mississippi River.
