Entomologist / Field Supervisor

Position available for a degreed entomologist interested in commercial pest control operations with Bell Environmental Services, a family owned, well-established, growing commercial pest control company located in northern New Jersey.  Qualified candidate would be responsible for:

• designing pest management programs for commercial/industrial facilities including food processing plants, warehouses, health care facilities, office complexes, multi-unit residential buildings
• trouble-shooting pest issues in client accounts
• training pest control technicians in aspects of integrated pest management
• providing clients with written assessment reports of conditions within their facilities
• assessing work performance of service staff
• providing technical support to sales staff
• working as part of a supervisory team
• assisting senior entomologist with various managerial duties

Candidate must have:

• ability to perform detailed inspections
• ability to resolve challenging pest control issues
• ability to work as a member of a team
• strong work ethic
• good people skills and ability to manage employees and client expectations
• good written and oral communication skills
• good organization skills
• good driving record
• knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs

Job Type:                    Full-time

Schedule:                    Monday to Friday 

Compensation:            Competitive, including company vehicle
