Research Entomologist
An ARS Research Entomologist in College Station, TX. This is a new position focusing on insect pests of pecan. The new hire will join 3 other scientists in the pecan research program that includes the National Carya Germplasm Repository. In College Station, they will also work closely with other USDA entomologists of the Insect Control and Cotton Disease Research Unit. The position could be filled by a recent PhD (GS12), an established senior scientist (GS15), or anyone in between.
