General Description: The Research & Development Scientist position involves developing and executing testing strategies related to new product development while participating on project teams. Additionally, they participate in evaluations of new technologies and active ingredients and support other cross-functional efforts between technical and business groups, leveraging their expertise in entomology. This role applies technical expertise in veterinary entomology and possesses knowledge of arthropod biology and active ingredient function. The R&D Scientist demonstrates project team leadership and gains experience with various types of protocol design while collaborating with external parties, such as the EPA and other regulatory agencies, as well as customers.
