The Skiniotis lab in the Department of Molecular & Cellular Physiology is seeking a Life Science Technician 1 (LST1). The LST1 is expected to work with senior staff and postdoctoral researchers to maintain general lab stocks and cell lines and assist ongoing studies on the structural biology and biochemistry of GPCRs. In supporting research activities, the LST1 will perform lab maintenance tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining chemical inventory and lab safety records, making stock solutions, maintaining cell lines, and contributing to the organization and cleanliness of the lab space.Duties include: Maintain cultures of mammalian and insect cells for general lab use.
