The Social Worker is assigned to Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) in the Home and Community Based Services Department (HCBS). The HBPC Social worker position is assigned to Bend and provides services to Veterans in their homes in the areas surrounding the assigned CBOC. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
